Good to eat. Good to buy. And it's re-sealable to boot. Sold.Image: Here

I can definitely see myself posting up in this little library nook with the fire on (or not) and a good book or magazine. Love the painted gray floors against the yellow-ish rug and the pop of the red seating. With the natural lighting, I'm going to go ahead and take it a step further and imagine this house on the beach:) Who's with me?
When I first saw this photo I thought, how cute do they look? And then I got excited when I realized it's Jemaine from Flight of the Conchords! Look at Jemaine looking all come hither. Doesn't that show crack you up? My favorite is Mel, their #1 fan. Sorry, I digress ... the photo. I'm pretty sure this girl's hair is crimped. I used to spend unnecessary amounts of time in middle school crimping my long hair and making sure the pattern did not overlap. Just so I could go to school the next day looking like a mad lioness. Goodness gracious! Anyhow, I like how they were captured, don't you? Although I wish she were wearing just a touch of gloss over that matte lipstick.
Somehow the blonde hair, brown eyebrows, heavy black liner and lashes totally work. Stunning, no?
These two would make fast friends in my closet. My jeans would certainly welcome them with open arms. Love the Stones reference on the tee. I'm very much a t-shirt and jeans girl at heart. And worn in brown boots? Bonus.
Sometimes we don't realize just how much power we have. My hairstylist Cat was telling me that their salon was collecting all hair clippings that are swept up each day and donating them to an organization called Matter Of Trust. Why? Because hair is an efficient and abundant material for collecting and containing not just the oil on our heads, but petroleum spills! Matter Of Trust stuffs the hair into recycled nylons and covers them in mesh to make booms and this brilliant contraption soaks up oil like you've never seen. These are being sent as we speak to the awful spill along the Gulf Coast. It's great, you can watch the process here. Groomers are doing this too! Isn't that amazing?
