Just read this great article last night about Kate and Andy Spade and what they're up to now that they're two degrees of separation from their namesakes. I had no idea that prior to launching Kate Spade w/Kate, Andy was creative director over at mega ad agency Chiat Day. No wonder he's so great at branding and why he's now created Partners & Spade–a branding business that recently commissioned Geoff McFetridge (I'm a huge fan) to create a logo for one of their projects. Plus, Jenna Lyon's is quoted a couple of times in here too. Very inspiring read.
