Laugh ...
I never thought about it before but a true laugh does have to have at least 3 or more "ha's" in it, doesn't it? I've realized that no matter what you might be going through, laughter is an amazing and powerful medicine. It's natural, has proven health benefits and some researchers believe the major function of laughter is to bring people together. On that note let's laugh today. Crack a joke and make someone else laugh. I think you'll be glad you did. And for those of you who make me laugh, thank you:)

Last night was pretty epic so mine was more like ha X 3 to the third power.
Cute post! Love the pic!
Love this post! My yoga studio even does a "Laugh Yoga" class, but I haven't taken it yet...
I love this! Did you know that if you force yourself to smile, it actually sends a message to your brain to cheer up? Also, a great wedding/family photographer I know tells people to just start "fake laughing like you just heard the funniest thing ever" and then before she knows it, they are laughing FOR real and the photos are super fun.
Best,
Tina
What did the ghost say to the bee? Boo bee.
Ok so this joke probably didn't make you roar with laughter, but I hope it at least made you smile.
I love happy-posts like this one :)
What a great post! Laughter is the best! I have always been known for my laugh. It is somewhere between a witch and a pig. Hope you are doing wonderful! xo Samantha
