Right About Now ...

Ran into this photo and couldn't help but feel a personal metaphor. Everything around me is beautiful, amazing but somehow I feel a little depleted today. I think it's the move and everything that goes with it like finally having to go through that drawer you've been able to avoid for the last five years until now. And running into documents that you can't just throw away, but need to sit and shred for two hours. Ugh. And by the way, is she wearing a moving jumper? This photo is more appropriate than I thought.

Oh, my dear. I wish I were there to help you. Moving must be so exhausting. You should reward yourself with a nice spa day when you finish.

Point blank....moving sucks! I just moved into my new home last month. I hear you, I am just so drained today too. Good luck with your packing and get good tape, the brown packing tape is the best. It is better then the clear tape because it tears much easier. Lots of luck and get excited about finding new favorite places and making a new home for you and your family.

I agree with Brandi, include some time for yourself in the midst of all the madness. You'll feel better soon ♥

Good luck! Remember it will be done before you know it. Then after all is said and done, be sure to celebrate with friends and booze. :)

moving sucks!

do you have a wood burning fire place? or better yet, go down to the beach and roast s'mores over the burning flames of all the documents that need shredding! i've actually done that.

hang in there! =)

Oh dear. You need a bath, a massage, and a few hours in front of the television. Here's hoping to a few relaxing days ahead. You totally deserve it!

I've been there- and that picture totally describes the feeling to a "t"... MORE coffee!!

Seriously, good luck getting settled in, going through things you probably have to - but don't want to, and all of the other "treats" that come along with moving.

*It will be worth it in the end:).
