It never fails to put a spring in my creative step:) It got even better when they created this book dedicated to the "things we love" but I have yet to find it for sale. Crossing my fingers that it might be any day now? Would be a great gift. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

The Spade's ...

Just read this great article last night about Kate and Andy Spade and what they're up to now that they're two degrees of separation from their namesakes. I had no idea that prior to launching Kate Spade w/Kate, Andy was creative director over at mega ad agency Chiat Day. No wonder he's so great at branding and why he's now created Partners & Spade–a branding business that recently commissioned Geoff McFetridge (I'm a huge fan) to create a logo for one of their projects. Plus, Jenna Lyon's is quoted a couple of times in here too. Very inspiring read.
