Boston ...

Took a quick trip to Boston a couple of weeks ago with Eric. It was every bit as magical as these photos might insinuate. And staying at this hotel and eating at this restaurant did not disappoint. I just wish I had gotten more pics of them. I was seriously on vacation mode. But these images I could not help but stop to capture. Yup, I'm pretty sure fall was invented here. Cozy Cuteness ...

One of the first signs of fall around our house is when I break out the blankets. I get giddy about it. So naturally I got excited when I spotted these Cross Blankets over on SwissMiss. They have such great graphic detail for sprucing up any bed, or perfect for just cuddling up on the couch with. And did I mention they're made from 100% organic cotton? Bonus!

And to add to my fall giddiness I also found these amazing wool slippers while perusing the Pia Wallén site. How cute are these and the color options? Cozy is looking cuter and cuter you guys.

P.S. They have these slippers for babies too ... stop. it. right. now.

Mid-Week Links ...

Hi. Yeah, remember me? So it happened. Summer is officially over as both kiddos have started school this week. Bittersweet. Hard to believe the time has come where I have not one, but two morning drop-offs now! But the bright side is you'll be seeing me posting around these parts more consistently now that I'll have some golden time to myself. You Know It's Fall When ...

So have you started noticing those subtle, yet clear signs that fall is approaching? The other day we were at our local farmer's market where we usually hang out with friends and the kids run around freely. We left at our usual time, but this time I noticed how dark it was already! The sun is starting to go down so much earlier now. Talk about an end of season jolt.
