Have A Filled Weekend ...

I'm sure many of you have plans this weekend since Monday will be madness and is a workday. So tell me, what are you up to? I have to say that I've enjoyed celebrating Valentine's through our 4 year old daughter this year. They wore pink & red today to school (Monday's a holiday), passed out valentine's and decorated cupcakes. Remember doing stuff like that? Valentine's is probably the best when you're a kid. And hello ... everyone's single! Life is funny, isn't it? Well, I hope everyone, single or not, has a wonderful weekend! Group hug:)

P.S. If you haven't already, you should check out these cute e-valentine's from Kate Spade ...

Valentine's Day was so much fun as a kid! I remember making heart shaped mailboxes on the front of our school desks for everyone to put their Valentines in! All of the little love notes from your friends is a sure way to make someone's day, or when you are that age, your "whole life"! haha Have a lovely weekend! xo Samantha

Happy Valentine's weekend, Haydee! I will admit, I do miss reading what everyone would write on those Valentine cards.

I seriously loved Vday as a little girl. Best school holiday ever! When I have a little girl I'm going all out.

exact same plan as kendall k.--filet mignon and shrimp. yum.
as for kids being single, i laughed when i read it but then thought--they start pairing up as silly fickle "boyfriend/girlfriend" types pretty early on. my fiance's nephews all tell me about their (multiple) girlfriends and these are the ones who aren't even twelve yet! now i'm curious to know what they are doing for valentine's!
