After yesterday's post about my own mother-daughter afternoon it seemed appropriate that I stumbled upon this photo of mother-daughter blogging duo
Judy and
Jane Aldridge. I love that they both share a love for fashion and interiors and seem to do a lot together. I emailed Judy once when I started blogging and shared with her my admiration for the relationship that she has with her daughters. It's something I very much look forward to with
my own kids as they get older. And yes, Judy was absolutely gracious enough to reply to my email–
I was so excited. This photo and others was shot by
Douglas Friedman and accompanies a
great post about these two inspiring ladies.
You must take a moment to view these
family photos Judy took of her daughters growing up. She's a great photographer.

I need to visit them! Love the concept!
I love these two. Such a perfect of example of how style runs in the family. I'm totally heading over to those links now.
How fabulous, I can see you & P in 20 years.....
Beautiful photos! I love that umbrella. Such a beautiful family.
They do have some amazing style.
I can't wait to have little girls someday! Love Judy and Jane---these two are the epitome of chic.

this is so sweet... the house kinda reminds me of our obsession, the house from It's Complicated! you and P can totally be the future, edgier version of them!
This photograph is all kinds of incredible. I think I've been living in a bubble that I haven't heard of them. I'm going to find out more about them now.
