Any plans this weekend? Not much going on over in these parts–which I like. Just some errand running, car washing and definitely some Portlandia watching tonight! Have you seen it yet? Oh man, you have to! I first heard about Portlandia from my friend Krissy who, ... wait for it, ... lives in Portland! The show is hilarious. I love that they refer to Portland as "the place where young people go to retire." And the opening song last week, "The dream of the 90's is alive in Portland," killed me. And I'm not sure it gets any cooler than being created by SNL's Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein of (now defunct) Sleater-Kinney. Anywho, I digress. Didn't realize I'd go off on Portlandia so much. But that's what blogging's about, right? The weekend overall will be a mellow, relaxing one. Wishing you a mellow and relaxing one too! Group hug:)
