Cupcakes are my thing and they're in my future. Because today my friends, is my birthday! I've already had a Dutch baby this morning per my birthday request and it was delicious! I'll be having second breakfast with my parents later this morning and rounding off the day with my other birthday request ... homemade chicken pot pie. It's funny, when you're a kid it's about toys, games, bicycles, etc. But when you're an adult it becomes more about the menu. For me anyway.
I will also be spending the day reflecting on how good life is. It's sometimes bumpy and challenging, but always blessed. Have a fab day everyone!
