Am I off the dork charts since I had never really heard of a champagne tasting before? It makes total sense, but it never occurred to me that these existed considering how much I hear about wine tastings. Somehow I picture some of you trying really hard to hold back a snarky eye roll. Thank you. But really, have you been to one? What do you prefer, wine or champagne?
Speaking of wine, once fall rolls around I tend toward the ol' wine bottle more at dinner time. Is it just me? Tis' the season I suppose. It's like my body telling me to warm up for the holidays. And to that I say, "bring it!"

They have potato chips at champagne tastings? I don't drink alcohol but I surely do eat potato chips. Looks like my kind of thing!

You always make me laugh! I need some more Haydee in my life! Lets grab a bottle of wine and call it a "champagne tasting!?" I just tried this amazing wine {less than 15 a bottle and Dave Matthews had something to do with it. sold in my book} I found it in my grocery store and I could drink the whole bottle: The Dreaming Tree. I've never thought of it either! Seems a little more glamorous than a wine tasting.
A champagne tasting has never crossed my mind, though my relationship with alcohol strictly involves baking and fruit usually. I was hoping my trip to Napa would change that, but alas. Maybe what I really need is a good outing with you. Happy Weekend, Haydee!
I've done champagne flights and tequila flights, both are lovely.
