It's 5pm Somewhere ...

Whoa! Just like that, it's the first of July! It really, really is summertime party people! Love this photo by Stephanie Rausser. Kind of reminds me of my beach day yesterday with the kids and 'rents (Eric was working, he was sorely missed)–sans the cute pink flippers of course. The weather has been absolutely perfect these last couple of days. Not unlike this photo actually. Even the water is warming up. Wow, the 4th is already around the corner. Any fun plans? We'll be doing a family beach day followed by a BBQ. And if the kids last, we'll squeeze in some fireworks spectating somewhere. Hope everyone has a safe and fun holiday weekend! Group hug:) Enjoy the links ...

Tempted to make these for the 4th.

Have you checked out the new Grown-Up Shoes?

Congrats Kate! I wonder where she registered?;)

Will Arnett, Rachael Harris, Jason Bateman, and Aubrey Plaza in the funniest Orbit gum video!

Wish I had this striped dress for the 4th.

And don't forget to check out the guest post I did over at Rikshaw Design!

In my mind it's Christmas already. Once July hits, I start making plans for the holidays. Where did this year go?

Have a fun fourth!

P.S. I just adore this picture.

Hugs.

That photo is so precious!

Have a wonderful weekend. A nice cool dip in that water sounds like perfection to me.

I'm definitely making those cupcakes and the red, white, and blue dress would look great on my niece!

Isn't Fourth of July just the best?!
Love that Glitter Guide fashion round-up for the holiday too. And seriously, what in heaven's name would Kate register for? Do people of her celeb caliber even have registries? I'm guessing not Macy's.

Love the fun guest post you did at Rikshaw. The orange-swirl ice cream (and matching shirt) definitely put me on a weekend quest for a creamsicle inspired treat!
