Is It Really June Already? ...

Okay, not only are we halfway through the week, but we're embarking on the halfway point of 2011. Can you believe it's June 1st already?! This week has been so busy. Especially with my homework load. As I've mentioned before we're currently designing three book covers and had to do 18 grid layouts and 30 font exploration exercises in one week. Plus, three inspiration boards–If you get my tweets you might've seen the photo of them. Is there a business in just supplying people with inspiration/mood boards? 'Cause I think I could do these all day long:)

Given all the homework and just the everyday of raising two kids my house is beginning to look a bit cluttered with magazines and books. One of which I cannot wait to start reading. It's called The Help by Kathryn Stockett. Eric's grandmother (she's the cutest) loaned it to me and said it's a "must read." Heard of it?

I have heard of it, and It's on my "to read" list. I can't wait to hear your thoughts.

So in regards to it already being June...I already consider it the end of the year. Once June is here, then before you know it it's August and then Sept., Oct. and then it's the dang holidays. Time flies after June!

Yes, I am from The South and my Southern friends in particular have told me how good it is. I need to read it! But I am just now on Water For Elephants - so that shows you how behind I am :)
