It's 5pm Somewhere ...

I've been thinking a lot about cameras lately. I have a little digi point & shoot, but I've always had an eye open for something with a little more to it. Especially now since there will be a photography element to some of my projects in the graphic design course I'm taking. Which, by the way, is going great. Part of my long weekend will entail inspiration boards for the three book covers I'm currently in the creative process of. I have to do inspiration boards? Yes, please. Hope everyone has a brilliant long weekend! Group hug:) And now, your friendly neighborhood links ...

Aha! There is a correct way to tie your shoe!

'Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space.' My favorite quote from Oprah's finale.

More beautiful peonies.

A great post about a great friend, by a great friend. (got that?)

Happy 25th Birthday Thrashin'! Always loved the parking garage scene.

A brilliant solution to keeping my coveted coffee warm.

Can't wait to see these guys next month. (watch the Summer Tour trailer)

Seeing as I collect old cameras, I love that photo! :) I just purchased a Canon 60D, it's a bit pricey but well worth the investment.

Great image! I have a vintage camera collection- just wish I had a wall to display them.

If you're looking for a camera upgrade, that is affordable, and takes amazing pictures the Lumix GF1 or 2 is great. Its got interchangeable lenses and everything.

xoxo
