Family-Filled Weekend ...

Good Monday to you! Did you have a good weekend? We had a very family-filled weekend. Each of our grandmother's had birthday's on Saturday and Sunday and of course we had a great Easter celebration. Although the rain yesterday was a surprise. I think someone fell asleep at the weather.com control panel 'cause when I checked it said 0% precipitation.

No biggie though, nothing was going to stop my excitement of watching the Lakers win game four last night against the Hornets! And then they lost. Hey Gasol, I doubt you read my blog but your cousin's, best friend's, girlfriend might so here it goes ... when Kobe gives you a perfect quick pass under the basket for an easy lay up, you finish it. And those uncontested baskets called "free throws" are good to make too. Just sayin'.

Hope you have a great start to your week today. I'm going to re-group after last night's game and look forward to spring break with the kiddies this week:)

We knew it would rain in NY, but it was like a monsoon!! I can't complain, it's been 74 and sunny the past two days so really, a little rain is nothing. Sounds like you had a wonderful weekend!! I love this photo, the kids plopped on top of the parents is so cute!!

I was just thrilled the rain stopped and things dried up in time for the Easter egg hunt -- I came away with $10! So glad you had a wonderful weekend, Haydee! There's nothing like being with family.

How in the heeeeeeeeeeeeeeck did I not know that you were a Lakers fan?! This is cause for me to rethink our friendship.

Ok, I thought about it. I still like you. Have a great week!

My sentiments exactly regarding Gasol's whiffs during that game... I have no doubt in my mind they will come back and win it all :)
