Is It Really Over? ...

The idea of hula hooping for the next few days to work off the immense amounts of food, drink and desserts I've consumed over the past week sounds about right. I mean, I had no qualms about reaching for that fourth chocolate covered peanut butter ball or that second slice of cake–and I loved it! I even sipped on premium scotch on Christmas day which was a first for me. I felt very Mad Men. Can you believe it's over? I think I need to run a few half marathons to work off everything I ate. Instead, I'm just going to enjoy the rest of my week off and just avoid sweets for a few days.

I need to head to the gym immediately - so much delicious and yummy food. Hibernation is key to my current survival.

I could really use some hula hoop action these days as well. My hips doubled in size from being pregnant and perhaps it's the only way I'll ever get them back! Hope your days were fun, restful and full of family/friends! I've never has scotch, but we have some downstairs. This blizzard in NY is driving me wild, so maybe it's time I tasted some...

The Mad Men ladies had some serious curves...so consider yourself on your way to that. It's a good thing :)

I am sad Christmas is over too. So many lovely decorations, so many lovely Christmas tunes. But the good thing is to me, yes it is leaving our world now, but will come back around again <3
