Blondies and Pinks ...

Because nothing says have a great weekend better than chocolate chunk blondies and pink pretzels. Hard to believe this weekend marks the end of July and the beginning of August already! Hopefully August will bring its good friend summer to visit us this month. At this point I think we're going to have a late summer, therefore a heat wave of a Christmas. It's going to be interesting practically decorating the tree in our swimsuits. Oooh, I think I just got an idea for our Christmas card;) Hope everyone has a great weekend! Group hug:)

You know, I've never really understood the difference between blondies and just giant cookie pies. I might have to bake both and find out. And we could have a heat wave for Christmas? That just sounds so strange. Have a fantastic weekend, Haydee!

I heard the other day we are having the coldest July since 1933. That's just crazy. Oh and yum!

Yum! I am so jealous those look delicious! You are so right about the weather. Of course it will be super hot when school starts and I have to go back to work in my non-air conditioned classroom! Have a great weekend.

It would be so great if the sun decided to visit San Diego this weekend!! I'm ready for Summer already! But you're right, X-mas will be here before we know it and it will be blazing. I think I will do some baking too this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration!

I'm not complaining... I love that it's not too hot!!!
Plus, I can always use a little bit of a tan come December. I will be looking forward to being on the beach, in a swimsuit, sipping on some hot mulled apple cider. :)

I agree with Brandi- what's the difference? Either way they are delicious.

It's so weird to think it's such a cold summer in the States - I heard on the radio during the week that Australia just had its second hottest summer on record! The world is all arse-about :)

And I don't know what the sweet hell blondies are, but going by that photo, I am going to be doing some research asap.

Have a great weekend! :)
