True Chocolate ...

I'm a huge fan of the chocolate. And an even bigger fan of chocolate with excellent packaging like the Mast Brothers Chocolate we all know and love. The Selby recently did a photo essay of the brother's "bean to bar" process from their Brooklyn chocolate factory and it does not disappoint.
Love the gold bars and stickers. Makes me want to keep them in a stack and tie a striped grosgrain ribbon around them.
The wonderfully, hand crafted end result.

And while we're on the subject of sweets ... congratulations team USA! The first group win since 1930, you're already winning guys! Golden follow through Donovan, absolutely golden.

I need to get my hands on some of that stuff...I wonder if I could tour the factory {and stick my head in their chocolate River, a la Augustus Gloop}.

I definitely need to try some of their chocolate. And the best part is that since I'm on the East coast, I think I'll head straight to their headquarters in Brooklyn... Shall I bring some back for you?
