Popsicle Lips ...

Wow. Don't know what I love more. The smokey, green eyes or the popsicle stain lips. While it works here with her expression, I'm not so sure this would translate as well at the office or for everyday. So handle with care. Otherwise, I really think this is an amazing capture.

    How does one even achieve popsicle stained lips like that? A dark color with a white over it? And with the green eyes...I like it but do people do it in real life?
