Mexican Meatball Soup ...


If you get my tweets you know that I finally got around to making this great Mexican Meatball Soup last night. I figured I'd post and share with you since it came out really, really good! And I'm no whiz in the kitchen. It's from a recipe I tore out of Real Simple back in April. It was so good, so easy and perfect for the weather we're having lately. It was a hit all around, even the kids liked it. The only thing I did differently was add more avocado. Cannot have enough avocado in our house. Enjoy!
