Really? ...

"Hey try this branch over your forehead. Now let's throw a bird on there and see how it looks."

Let's just say that if someone suggested this to me, there would've been some serious eye rolling. But um, not here. She looks absolutely, pretty and sun-kissed. With branch and bird to boot!

  1. What a really beautiful picture!! Her skin looks perfectly smooth, and it really makes her blue eyes pop!! And yes - that branch makes it :)
    Very lovely picture indeed!

  3. People who look fabulous with branches and birds in their hair annoy me. I can barely pull off a hat.

  4. And I meant that in the most positive way haha. PS... last post is how to look natural. This post is how to look like nature. I like the theme here.

  5. You could put roadkill on her head and she would look good.

  6. Of course this girl looks AMAZING! If I tried this on... People would think that I had something stuck in my hair & try & pull it out {or run}. LOL

  7. It's a beautiful look albeit a bit odd. I agree with you -- I would have rolled my eyes and cocked an eyebrow had someone told me they wanted me to wear that. I guess it's a good reminder that sometimes we just need to take a chance.

  8. I'm such a tribal girl at heart, I love it although it seems more art for arts sake then actual day wear. It does helps that she's stunning, she could probably have a bird poop on her head and still manage to look good. xo

  11. yes she does. but in her case I guess that even if the bird flies and the branch falls she would still look pretty hot! :)

  13. wow... i guess you never know. i sometimes tell my clients to hold something or do a certain pose with a prop and they give me that "you want me to do what?" look... but sometimes those will end up being their favorite shots. ;)
