happy* Weekend ...

Great sign isn't it? In the bottom, left hand corner it says ...

*happy
emotion experienced
when in a state of well-being

What puts you in a state of well-being? Is it when you exercise? See a movie? Eat well? Eat a cupcake? I'd have to say going to yoga puts me in a well-being state–I feel super invigorated afterwards. Definitely laughing. Oh, the sun too! It can really feel like a warm, energizing hug. It's the best, right?

Hope everyone is in a state of well-being this weekend! Any fun plans?

  1. Running always makes me happy, though I often have to drag myself out of bed in the morning to remind myself of that. As for weekend plans? School work (though I'm still technically on spring break), a brunch with a friend, maybe a farmer's market and a concert...we'll see. Have a lovely one, Haydee!

  2. State of well-being? I usually feel good after exercise but honestly? I'd say I'm 100 percent for laughing, nothing makes me feel happiest. Kissing- kissing makes me happy too. Lots and lots of kisses! Followed by lots and lots of laughing! How about that? ;)

    Have a wonderful weekend!

  3. Yoga for sure. Nothing better than an hour and half of vinyasa, ideally to music. Running and laughing with good friends always does it, too. Have a nice weekend!

  4. That is an incredible sign. People think that happiness comes from the outside but it really comes from the inside.
Smiling. That brings me happiness only I can control.
